Answered on another device
I’m not receiving incoming calls. They sometimes show on my screen for a split second then it shows as call ended. The goes straight to voicemail. Do not disturb is switched off. “Answer on other devices” is also switched off. I have an Apple Watch which I have tried unpairing etc. The call does not come through to the watch either. I have been into the Apple Store who have done various tests and wiped my phone. They said the problem is with the network. EE suggested a replacement sim which has made no difference. They sent a refresh update to my phone which resolved the issue for a minute. Then stopped again! I’m fed up! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! I have provided a screen shot of how it shows on my call log. This was a few minutes after my network had done the refresh as you can see the majority of calls show “answered on another device”
