Does anyone else have an issue with their iPhone 14 pro max calls dropping or failing? Ever since I linked my Apple Watch to my phone, calls drop. When I try to call back, I get call failed. When they call me back, the call doesn’t come through the phone, it rings to my iPad! I’ve reset network settings. It’s not a carrier issue because it only happens at home.

Since this only occurs while at home, let's see if the Wi-Fi Calling option is enabled under the Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling menu. Should that still persist after disabling that feature, does that continue while your Apple Watch is temporarily turned off? Restart Apple Watch - Apple Support
Turn off your Apple Watch: Press and hold the side button until the sliders appear, tap the Power Button, then drag the Power Off slider to the right.
