iPhone 14Pro - Problems with call answering

Hello to the round!

I am having a problem answering incoming calls on my iPhone 14Pro. The incoming calls are displayed and the phone as well as the Watch also ring. However, when I go to answer the call on the iPhone, it does not work. The call is answered but a connection is not established. When I then end the call and try to call the caller myself, it doesn't work the first time, but only the second time.

I suspect that the problem lies somewhere in the call control between iPhone and Watch. However, I have not yet found a way to make a different setting.

Both devices are on the latest software version.

The eSIM in the Watch is a MultiSIM from the same phone number that operates with the physical SIM on the iPhone.

Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this issue?

Best regards

On second thought this seems like your carrier issue, Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider) The agency who issued the SIM to you.

Call Failed Call Muted or Dropped Calls / Disconnecting

In telecommunications, a dropped-call / Auto Disconnecting Calls / Call-Failed Muted conversation are mainly due to technical reasons / fault at the carrier's end. At times the calls are cut off before the speaking parties had finished their conversation and before one of them had hung up (dropped calls or Call Failed or Auto Disconnection or muted calls).

Few Reasons Your device Keeps Muting / Dropping / Disconnecting Calls or encounter Call Failed.

  • Your Signal Is Weak.
  • It's Raining (Cats & Dog)
  • The Cell Tower Is Overloaded / Heavy Traffic (Telecommunication)
  • You've Misunderstood Your Signal Strength
  • You are moving and the signal weakens while changing from one tower to another

HI,

I have exactly same problems with my new iPhone 13.

I had iPhone 11 and used it in same place with no problems, but now when I changed my phone problems appeared.

I try to answer the call on the iPhone, it does not work. The call is answered but a connection is not established.

When I then end the call and try to call the caller myself, it doesn't work the first time, but only the second time.

Same happens when I try to call somebody, it is ringing but after 2-3 tones it mutes and stops ringing without shutting the call.

This happens almost every time and I need to ring twice or tree times until the call goes to the receiver.

This is very annoying and new phone should not have these issues!

Same place, same SIM as in my last iPhone so this in no network or other problem, problem is in this iPhone.

What should I do?
