Player error on video’s, iphone 11

I’ve recently be getting “Player Error” when trying to watch video’s on a specific website. The message reads “ The player is having trouble, we’ll have it back up and running soon”.

I have cleared the cache for this website and also restored the factory settings on the phone but it still keeps coming up. It’s only on certain video’s as I watch one and then clicked to the next page and got the message come up.
