Hi Floro44,

We'd like to help you find the best solution for the issues you are having with your apps. With what you have shared, the best starting path for troubleshooting this would be the steps in If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open which will have relevant steps to the issue you mentioned. If this does not help and remains isolated to these apps, we would make sure the device has the latest update via Update your iPhone or iPad

  1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
  2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
  3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
  4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.

If you continue to have issues after our suggestions, you can reach out to Apple Support to help take a further look.
