Prime Video app not working

For the past two weeks, whenever I try to play a video on my the Amazon app on my iphone I get a "Playback Error." Other video apps work fine. I have tried everything, uninstalling, resetting network settings, deregistering, etc. (I have attached the screeshot." This happens both on wifi and 5G. Anyone know how to fix this?

You may find these steps helpful:

1. Close and reopen the app
2. Restart your device
3. Check for updates
4. Delete the app, then redownload it
