Songs are not fully downloaded to itunes from cloud. The download symbol (circle with down arrow) , stays red. Cannot transfer songs, Please help!!!!!

When downloading from cloud to itunes some songs are not fully downloaded. The download symbol stays red. It does not allow the song to be transfered. How can the download be completed?

iTunes Connect I've supscribed to iTunes Connect. When doing the first download from iTunes library, it left about 1/3 of the songs without a cloud icon. My understanding is that means these songs were not downloaded. Any suggestions about why? And how do I get them to download? Thank you in advance.

IPhone & Amazon Music This question is about Amazon Music somehow having to be linked to ITunes. Now I did not grow up in the tech world, I am 62. In past years I could play my Amazon Library Music Lists I created on my iphone on my Echo device so easily. Recently I was instructed by Amazon to download Itunes which I did although I have zero music on Itunes. Somehow it worked. Today, and I have listened on my echo several times since downloading itunes, I cannot as much as stream my music from my iphone 8 Plus to my echo. Amazon keeps advising I go to itunes settings however, all I get there are songs to purchase. There are no settings at least not on the itunes app on my phone. No updates are necessary, I am on top of that. Does anyone haxe any suggestions? I apologize for the lengthy msg.
