Unable to access certain websites

I am unable to access certain websites when returning from overseas back to the United States

SAYING IM IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY, PLS HELP!!!! I've checked my location settings and I have it set to the correct country region and its not letting me access a lot of my websites, because its saying that I'm in Brazil but I'm really in the US. I do have McAfee and a VPN, but even after I turned the VPN off and restarted my Mac I was still having the same issue. I also cleared all of my cookies and history and restarted it again and it still didn't fix it. My safari was working fine until just now, I was on it earlier today and was on the same websites that are now inaccessible. PLEASE HELP!!!!

How do I fix an unexpected IP address change to a restricted country? My ip address randomly changed to a country where many apps are banned (I don’t live in this country). What do I do now? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Perhaps Safari has some location-specific data stored in its history and / or cookies. Try clearing one or both:

Clear your browsing history in Safari on Mac - Apple Support

You can clear all history or just the past hour, day, etc.

Manage cookies and website data in Safari on Mac - Apple Support
