could not open some websites outside my region

`when moving outside my country, some websites are not open despite they are open normally at home country???

1.1.1.1: Faster Internet Not available in your country or region Suddenly, this app is not available in my country or region. Can you please let me know in which countries it is available? It was working fine till 2 days ago and then I tried to uninstall to reinstall it, but the app cannot be found saying the above error.

There is no requirement for websites to load. If a website or a site hosting a website is designed to determine your IP address before it will load, and if that design prohibits communication with that location, that's just the way it is.
