Sandbox wallet not working, Could Not Set Up Apple Pay

Hello, I have sandbox account, I'm able to add test cards on my iPhone but I have problems adding them in my MacBook Pro. Every time I try to add cart it says: "Could Not Set Up Apple Pay, Apple Pay has been disabled because the security settings of this Mac were modified.",


I tried:

  1. update system
  2. uncheck and recheck "Install system data files and security updates"
  3. open Lid


but problem still exits, any idea how can I enable my wallet and add cards???

I fixed this issue by changing security mode from boot. just follow this steps: About Startup Security Utility on a Mac with the Apple T2 Security Chip – Apple Support (UK)
