Apple Music Bug - LOADS of songs "This song is not currently available in your country or region"

I've sporadically had the odd few songs over the years become greyed out in my library and when you try to play them it says:

"This song is not currently available in your country or region".

However, over the past few days its like 30% of my recently added songs show this, even stranger I remove them from my library, search for the songs again and re-add them. Working perfectly again.

There HAS to be some bug/change made on the Apple Music side that has caused this, my brother has verfiied the same problem overnight.

Has anyone else seen this?

What is Apple going to do to resolve it? I'm not re-adding all those songs....

Hi Crippsys,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! Is this happening with songs that are downloaded to your device for offline use or songs that are streaming?

You can try the following to troubleshoot:

  1. Close out the Music app. Closing an app can help when we are experiencing unexpected behaviors. Check out how to close the app here: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support
  2. Confirm your device is running the latest iOS: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If this continues, you may want to reach out to Apple Support for further assistance. Depending on your region, you may be able to reach them here: Get Support
