Ads cannot be closed in multiple apps

About half a year ago, some ads on my iPad could not be turned off.

When you click the X logo in the upper right corner at the end of the advertisement, it shows a gray translucent square, and then there is no response, so you can only close the app.

Not all advertisements cannot be closed. Most advertisements have no problem, but there are some advertisements--

  • These advertisements have a feature. During the campaign, a 30-second (or 5

second) countdown will be displayed in the upper right corner. At the end of the countdown, the text "Reward has been issued" or “Skip Ads” in the upper right corner.

  • In addition, there is a button to turn off sound in the upper left corner of the advertisement and a light blue-green text "Ads" in the lower right corner.

(Just like the position circled in the photo)

All ads that cannot be closed are in this style, and all advertisements in this style cannot be closed. Other types of ads (such as Unity ads) can be turned off normally.

These ads have seriously affected my use of certain software (because they sometimes pop up such ads, which can only be restarted to work properly).

These advertisements seem to come from the same supplier, but I don't know how to contact them, I contacted all the support I can reach, but can't solve this problem at all. Please tell me their contact information or tell them to solve the problem.

Thanks.

You have signed up into a, largely, volunteer Apple product customer/user to user technical support community.

We are all, largely, just Apple product users, just like you!

Other than Apple employees that moderate the content of these support communities, for usage and content violations, and Apple Support Community Specialists, that help out here, the same way all other volunteer Apple product users here do, there are no other responsible Apple employees are Apple product teams that read or participate here.

No one here will be able to provide any personal contact info to you.

No one.

If you have a problem with ads displaying in apps, the only solution is to pay for the ad-free version of whatever free apps you are using that use ads to support the free version of these free apps.

Good Luck to You!
