Open some APPs, there pops out ads, cannot close the ads by clicking the close button x.

Remove Calendar Spam
In Calendar app, tap on Calendars and uncheck the ones you don’t recognise .
Then Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Subscribed Calendars, look for the problem calendar and delete it.

It looks like this is not the reason. It occurred only recently and happened in different apps. Another problem I came across is some pictures I received in instant messaging apps were damaged, not showing the bottom parts. Not sure if this is related though. I have tried to update the apps, the iOS, and restarted my phone. Nothing worked.
Contact the app supplier. These are. generally nagging you ti pay for the premium service for an ostensibly "free" app. I avoid apps like that
