Apple Account Balance payment failure

When I tried to check my order for iphone 14 with apple account balance, it failed with this note:

Your payment authorization failed. Please verify your information and try again,

or try another payment method.

I have 999$ on my apple account balance (which is the price of iPhone 14 pro) and i don't know why the payment failed.

Does anyone have same issue?

There have been multiple posts by people having the same problem.

For support for purchases from apple.com, call 1-800-MY-APPLE.
