Apple account balance not working

Hi, I have sufficient apple account balance towards purchasing a iPhone. But while placing the order using the apple account balance it is showing a payment error. I even tried splitting the cost by using a credit card. But the problem remains. Please help!

It didn’t help. The problem is in the payment authorization. Apple has to fix that.
