Buying via Apple Account Balance

When I try to place an order for an iPhone 14 using Apple Account Balance, I get the error "Your payment authorization failed. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method.". I used advice from the forum, such as: used partial payment with Apple Account Balance and a credit card, deleted it from payment methods - nothing helped. Tech support couldn't help me. Maybe someone had the same, what solution helped you?
