iPhone IOS 16 Lock Screen Widgets

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but is there something special you need to do

to allow the widgets to update?

I have an iPhone 12 and I updated the software and changed my wallpaper.

No matter what I do, the widgets on my Lock Screen don’t update. Turning on Location/Bluetooth/Background App Represh and the weather and activity widgets show nothing.

I’ve also turned the phone off and left it off for a few minutes as well.
