Passes disappearing from Wallet

Tickets for future concerts and sporting events, as well as an airline boarding pass, have disappeared very shortly after I downloaded them on my iPhone 13 w/iOS 15.6.1. None of my "rewards cards" for retailers are having this issue nor are my credit cards for Apple Pay. This would seem to have something to do with the expiration of the pass. I have used these ticket issuers, e.g. Ticket Master, Football Team, Airline, since Apple Wallet came out.

This just started happening about 3 weeks ago. I have rebooted the phone with no resolution and my Apple ID has not been logged off.

I’ve added tickets, checked the next day to confirm they’re there. They were not.

I added them again. Checked the next day, and they were there.

The next day (the day of the event), they were gone again. I added them back, and they remained until we got through the gate.

today, they’re gone again, without even showing up as expired.

hide expired is unchecked.

Hello BDKaner,

Go ahead and make sure the apps are up to date by following these steps found at How to manually update apps on your Apple device - Apple Support:

1. Open the App Store.

2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.

3. Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All.

Are the tickets that are missing from Wallet still showing in the apps they were purchased with?

If you add them back to Wallet, do they disappear again?

You mentioned something about the expiration dates. Are only expired entries disappearing?

This additional information may help others provide possible solutions.

Thank you for the suggested ways to address this. Yes, it was only the passes with expirations. All others were fine. I wen to Apple Support yesterday and the fix was: Settings, Press on Apple ID, iCloud, etc at the very top. Scroll down through a list of Apple apps. Turn Wallet off. Wait 5 seconds Turn it back on. Downloaded the concert and football tickets again from their website. Glad to share they are still in my Wallet a couple of days later.
