Battery drain on IWatch

i having severe battery issues with my version 5 watch. I recently got Resound One hearing aids and have the app on my phone and watch. The battery was draining so fast I thought it was a problem with the watch. I sent it in for repair and they couldn’t find any issues with it. I removed the resound app from the watch along with the protective cover and now it works fine. The hearing aids were made for Apple products. This is very frustrating not to be able to run the app. Anyone else have these battery problems?
