iMac diagnostics at genius bar
I have a iMac purchased in 2013 running macOS Catalina that is experiencing sudden unexpected freezing then shutdowns. Is there a cost if I bring into genius bar for diagnostics?

There should not be, but the Genius Bar may not have time to run diagnostics on an obsolete device so you best check if they will when asking for an appointment
