Apple Maps: Cannot claim legit business

Apple Maps rejected my attempt to claim my business. I am getting notified that my claim was rejected after sending them a utility bill, my corporate docs, and insurance information.

Is there any information on where I can reach out to support?

Apple Maps taking forever to verify Apple Business Connect ** Small Businesses Beware ** We recently were made aware from a walk-in client that our location on Apple Maps was out of date and a previous business was being displayed where we are now. We've invested the time to setup the Business Connect account, fill out the proper information, fine tune descriptions, upload current photos, and send over sensitive documents to prove our authenticity. There is a notice that claims verification can take up to 5 days, but it's now going on 3 weeks. Does anyone know if Apple is sunsetting its Maps feature and resources being phased out? We've having a hard time understanding why it would take this long. We were up and running with Google Maps and Waze within days. We hope that we don't find ourselves regretting that we shared our confidential documentation with a non-existent Apple Maps / Business Connect Support Staff for a platform that is being phased out. Verified business not appearing on apple maps I have businesses that are verified on business connect but they do not appear on apple maps. What is this happening and what do I do?

Your request to claim this place has not been approved. How do I fix this? Trying to help my client claim their business on apple maps. At this time the website and phone number are off and no one from Apple is responding to his request. Has anyone had this issue?

I would suggest you contact Apple Support. Hopefully someone there can direct you to the appropriate party.
