Verified business not appearing on apple maps

I have businesses that are verified on business connect but they do not appear on apple maps. What is this happening and what do I do?

Business showing as Permanently Closed on Apple Maps Our business has been marked as permanently closed on Apple Maps I have claimed the business previously on Apple Business Connect and on there it says that we are open but on Apple Maps it is saying we are closed. Business Connect Listing Has Been in Review for 2 Weeks I own a small business with multiple locations, which I would like to have listed on Apple Maps. My business connect listing has been "In Review" for over 2 weeks, and I don't know what to do in order to get it listed. Is there a help line or person that I can contact to figure out what needs to be done? I'm completely lost.
