Messenger

Messenger video and phone icon only appear after someone requests a chat with me. Otherwise Icons not there for me to initiate a call or video chat.

Some other 3rd party App, contact the developer of the App: link-> How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

Apple's own Messages App does not have Video calls options, that's what FaceTime is for.

Apple's own Messages App does not have Video calls options, that's what FaceTime is for.
