Please help me to fix my Facebook messenger because the delivery icon/Check mark on side are not showing when i sent a message. The only thing i see is the “Sent” not the traditional check mark. Please help me to fix the messenger on the apple devices. Because the delivery icon/Check mark are very important in the messenger app. Unlike to the android phones that they have a Delivery icon/Check mark

The first step in troubleshooting a third-party app is to delete and re-install it. If that doesn't solve the problem, contact the app developer.
