I installed iOS 15:6 on my I phone and it is now frozen. I can’t turn it off to reboot or get past the opening page. The touch screen doesn’t work. What do i do. I won’t recommend anyone do it until this but is fixed.

The emphasis is on "quickly" press the Volume Up and Down Buttons. You have have to try the entire sequence a few times.
When you hold the Side Button, keep holding until the Apple logo appears in the center of the screen, then release the button. Ignore the screen with the "off" slider and keep holding until the Apple logo appears.
