We see you're experiencing an issue with screen record enabling unexpectedly. Make sure you have a current backup and then check for any iOS updates: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Updates not only include new features, but they include fixes too.
If issue persists, and you have a case on the iPhone, remove it to ensure it's not causing any issues.
If that doesn't help, we'd like to ask some questions to help isolate the issue.
- Prior to this starting, had there been any changes such as updating iOS software, adding/updating apps, or making changes in the Settings app?
- Does this only happen when you're on a phone call or does it happen in multiple apps?
- Do you have to stop the recording or does it stop on its own? If it stops on its own, does that happen while you're still on the call or when the call is over?
