iPhone 13 pro max screen recording on its own

Hello has anyone ran into this problem my iPhone 13 pro max randomly starts screen recording on its own I’m not accidentally touching it I’m only able to see when I go into the control center the the icon is lightering up red however when I turn it off there’s no video saved to photos and it doesn’t ask if Im sure I want the screen recording to be turned off
