Iphone 14 pro max starts screen recording on its own

from a few weeks to now I’ve noticed that my iphone 14 pro max is screen recording on its own. I noticed this seeing the red dot next to the dynamic island on top of the screen. I almost never used this feature that i left in the control center ready to use in case i could need it.

after I realized of the screen recording, i stop this recording and the video is stored on the photos gallery. This is creepy, does anyone know anything about it?
