Audio ducking between apps

I’ve been trying to find a way to disable audio ducking between apps like Spotify and Duolingo, where one will lower the audio for the other, is there a way to remove the feature for individual apps or completely and if not can I make a request for it to implemented?

iPhone SE, iOS 15
