I have created a bunch of Automator scripts for folders, they reside in ~/Library/Services. In Monterey, when I select a folder in Finder, they do show up in the top menu-Services> and they do work, however they don't show up in the right-click menu-Services> where I really want them.
They did show up in Catalina.
What am I missing?

Thank you for your reply, yes I think they are Quick Actions, or at least Automator shows this when it opens one. Here is an example of a very simple one, it just runs a bash command (I used to have this for easy access on the right button - Services>)
By "scripts," do you mean Quick Actions?
You can use Automator to create several types of objects, none of which are "scripts."
The closest thing to a "script" would be a plain workflow.
The type that shows up in the Quick Actions submenu of the Finder contextual menu are Quick Actions.
OK, thanks to your hint I found the answer. The actions are not in the Services > submenu, they have moved to the separate Quick Actions > submenu. I hadn't noticed it.
