I can't find Dial Assist option on my iPhone 13

Hi I have a iPhone 13 and my contacts do not come up when they call me , I have goggle this and been told to go to dial assist , but I don’t seem to have this option , can anyone help me with this please

That option should be in Settings>Phone.... at the very bottom

After enabling it, restart your iPhone.
