Review Apple ID Phone Number

I have been getting the same notification on my MacBook Air (M1; 2020) repeatedly for 4 days: "Review Apple ID Phone Number." Repeatedly, I've been selecting "Keep this number," when prompted, only to get the same notification some time later.

How do I get it to stop?

"Review Apple ID Phone Number" notification keeps popping up. I continuously get the notification to "Review Apple ID Phone Number", and since I don't want to change my trusted number, I click "keep trusted number". Then a few hours later I get the same notification again. This happened twice two days ago, four times yesterday, and twice today already. I only have the notification on my phone because when I sign in to icloud on a browser, the notification isnt there. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Constant repetition of "Approve iPad - This iPad wants to use your iCloud account" notification I keep getting this notification, sometimes multiple times, at the top right of my screen. This happens at least 20-30 times per day. As soon as I "approve" the iPad, the alert message appears again. I have ensured both my MacBook Air (M2) and iPad 5th Gen are up to date, signed in and out with my Apple ID, and turned off both devices several times in varying orders. This is incredibly frustrating; please can you advise how to stop this.
