I keep getting the notification to Review my Apple ID phone number. I want to keep the same number so I click on "keep trusted number" and it goes away, but a few hours later I get the same notification. This has happened twice today and twice yesterday.
If anyone can help me out it would be great!

I would suggest maybe logging into icloud.com and if the message comes up there click on "Keep trusted number" or sign-in to your Apple ID on the web Apple ID - Official Apple Support and authenticate your number there and this issue should quit.

the answer to your quedstion is you can often go into your setting click on your Apple ID and check to see if anything needs updating or signing info like to say your Apple ID. You can sign into your Apple ID and Verify your Apple ID and Password. Maybe seeing if you need a UpDate to your IPhone see if that helps. If none of these work then you might have to contact Apple Support for further help.
