My old Apple Watch paired to the new iPhone trouble.

Help! Just purchased a new Apple phone 13. My existing Apple Watch is just fine I only use it for health tracking. Followed all of the instructions - unpaired and repaired my new phone to old Apple Watch… now my old watch is an alien it won’t stop talking to me I cannot get it to track any health data and will not respond to touch.

On the watch;

Settings/accessibility/voiceover and turn voiceover off.
