Apple Watch connection to Apple Health

Changed phones, my apple watch is connected to my new phone as it pings the right phone.

My activity is recorded on my watch but my watch is not connecting to my health. So not recording steps or activity.

I have checked that the motion and fitness is connected/selcected and it is.
