I just upgraded to iPhone 12 Pro Max. During my restore I paired with my Apple Watch. A few apps are showing as available to install but won’t actually install when I press install. Any ideas how to fix this?

The app shows on my watch but is not functioning. And the watch app on my iPhone it says available to install but just flashes when I press install and won’t download
Try installing them from the app store.
Try unpairing and re-pairing,this resets the sync between watch and phone.
