Catalina upgrade is not loading

Does anyone knows why I can't upgrade to Catalina? In the App Store, I clicked on Download button for Catalina upgrade. Botton goes gray and nothing happens. I have plenty of space.

I am on MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, 2017), with macOS 10.12.6
