Can not upgrade to Catalina

I am unable to download the new catalina macOS. Any suggestions to try. This is a mid 2012 macbook pro and has plenty of space and memory.

Catalina Upgrade Issues... I have a MacBook Pro that fits within all of the eligibility requirements for Catalina, and I'm currently running the latest version Mojave, but for some reason I'm not able to upgrade to Catalina. System never discovers it and it fails through app store.
