I bought a new iPhone MAX and with it came the free Apple TV+ for a year offer. I got an email saying that I needed to redeem that year trial before the offer expired (a few weeks from that email)...which I did. I now try to log in to TV+ and it wants me to sign up for a “7 day trial” now...not getting what’s happening?? What happened to the free year?
You have three months to redeem it, did you do as instructed and check your subscriptions to see if it’s in there?
Here’s how to redeem it:
Turn on your new Apple device and sign in with your Apple ID.
Open the Apple TV app. Make sure your device is running the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, or macOS.
The offer should be presented immediately after launching the app. If not, go to the Apple TV+ channel page where you’ll see the offer.
Tap Enjoy 1 Year Free.
