I bought a new Apple phone. I received an email offer of 3 months free start up on Apple TV. When I tried to sign up/in, it only offered the standard 7 day free. Naturally, there doesn't seem to be anyone in customer service to help. And the user name Frustratedcustomer was already taken...
The offer is for the first registered user of that new device, regardless of who made the purchase for it.
The offer should be redeemed within the first 90 days.
