I recently bought an iPhone 11. Why am I not sent an email for the one year free offer? How do I activate the free year? Oddly, several months ago I did receive the free offer although I had not bought a qualifying product. Somethings screwy here. I’d like to get my free year.

I did everything you suggested, but the offer doesn’t present itself anywhere. I’ve scrolled every which way possible without success.
I have a current paid subscription that I told the sales person at the Apple store
