Weird text appear at the top middle screen

Suddenly everything I wrote started appearing in the top, middle section of the screen. I do not know why this is happening. I would appreciate the answer and a solution to this issue.

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.15

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
