Text in all Application
I would like to ask that why all the text ,names, every thing in the applications are in small letters.

We don’t know why Apple made that particular style choice with the Contacts app., and Apple hasn’t elaborated.
In English generally, proper nouns would be capitalized, brands as stylized, and the rest in lowercase, as shown.
