Reminders missing on MacBook after upgrade to OS13 + Catalina

I have upgraded my phone to OS13 and my macBook to Catalina, but my reminders are still not on my MacBook, only my iPhone. How do I sync them again?

In Sys Prefs>iCloud, is Reminders Checked?

Do they show in icloud.com in a browser?
