Where did my reminders go on my Mac after updating my iPhone to IOS13?

I recently updated my iPhone and now I can't see my reminders on my Mac. I'm running the latest OS on both systems

Upgraded reminders aren't compatible with earlier versions of iOS and macOS. If you upgrade your reminders on your iPhone with iOS 13, your iPad and Mac using the same iCloud account can’t access your reminders until iPadOS and macOS 10.15 Catalina are available. Learn what to expect until all your devices have the latest software.

and

You can always see your reminders on a Mac or PC by signing in to iCloud.com with a compatible web browser.


Note that Catalina (10.15) is scheduled for release in October.
