AirPods are fairly new but won't hold a charge

My AirPods are fairly new- bought them in April. Just this weekend they won't hold a charge. They are fully charged over night- my iPhone verifies they are charged but after about 15 minutes of use they die.

What's up with that?!

Put them in the case and reset them by holding down the button in the back until the light blinks white. Then connect them again.
