Why is there still no fix for a major Apple TV fault?
Over the last year dozens of users have reported the same fault with Apple TV boxes but no actual solution has ever been found. It looks like Apple are not even trying. The issue is that multiple apps stop connecting to the Apple TV interface. You get an endless wheel of death if you try. Rebooting does NOT solve the issue - occasionally (not always) rebooting delays the return of the problem but it always comes back.
Two questions - will Apple stop pretending, as in some comments, that this is a rare one-off problem? And will they ever seek, let alone offer, a solution?
