Homepod mini setup failed

Hi!

I had a homepod mini since years, and worked fine. Lastly, it started not working, like I could not send music to it for some reason.

So I decided to reset.

After reset, I could not setup it with my iPhone. It gave me setup failed 100 error code.

After digging on internet, I decided to hard reset it, also hard restart my iPhone.

Still no success... infinite time at "connecting to your cloud account" or got setup failed -1001 error code.

What the hack?
