Activity sharing not showing friend’s points on Apple Watch

im in a competition with my griend, but the Watch doesn’t show her points anymore.

and she can’t see mij points antmore. It use to work before!

we already signed out of iCloud and signed in again. We also unpaired out watches.

can someone please help me heat to do next? See also the printscreens.
