How can I change the accessibility speaking rate on MacBook Pro running macOS Sequoia?

How does one change the accessibility speaking rate in Sequoia?

The option is no longer were it was and google search direct one to where it was rather than where it is now.

speak selection doesn't work on mac book pro using my macbook pro any text I select (highlight) will not speak. I have accessibility settings on spoken content set to on and speak selection on. I have update my OS to Sequoia 15.3.1. I took it to the genius bar with no luck

Accessibility voice control lags ~5 seconds with each command post Sonoma update Updated to Sonoma 14.3.1. Following that, the accessibility voice control lags ~5 seconds with each command – regardless of application. No change with multiple restarts. Significantly impairs use. System Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > System voice > click the ⌽
